Vik Qian co-founded Juphoon with Leo Lv and Bob Liu in 2005, becoming the first president and marketing director in 2010. Under his leadership, Juphoon has successfully developed and launched high-quality software development platform and middleware products, turning into an advanced high-tech enterprise. Since 2011, Vik has served as co-president, product director, audio and video signal researcher, focusing on advanced technology R&D.

From 2005 to 2010, Leo Lv served as vice president and product director. Under his leadership, Juphoon has successfully developed and launched several advanced software platforms, protocol stacks and middleware products, etc. Since 2011, Leo has served as co-president and marketing director, responsible for team building and management of Juphoon's design department, IT department and HR department.

From 2005 to 2010, Bob served as the director of R&D and finance. Under his leadership, the R&D department has tackled a batch of industry-leading technologies related to audio and video engine, signaling compression, etc. He has been co-president and director of platform software products since 2011.
